✨QUICK & EASY HEALTHY SNACK IDEAS✨
These are my go-to snacks during the week to stay energised between meals:
🥣Greek yogurt - 150–200g
🥕Cucumber & carrot sticks + reduced-fat hummus - 1 cup of veg + 2 tbsp hummus
🥚Boiled eggs - 1–2 eggs
🍓Fresh fruit - 1 piece of fruit or 1 cup mixed
🥭Dried mango - A small handful (20–30g)
🍌Banana chips - A small handful (20–30g)
🥜Mixed nuts & dried fruit - A small handful (30g)
