I’m currently the lead Sports Therapist for Macclesfield FC and have experience in both Football and Rugby from my time at university ⚽️

Outside of football I do both mobile appointments (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and clinic work (Monday and Friday) in Bramhall town centre 🗓

My goal when someone comes to see me is to help them understand what it is they’ve done and how to get better. This may be through hands on treatment or exercise prescription and programming (or both) 🙌🏻

I also treat those without injuries that may just want a great sports massage to help them unwind and feel awesome! 👊🏻

First game pitch-side for Macclesfield FC last night away at Irlam FC. Lots to learn, reflect and improve on for the upcoming games but thoroughly enjoyed it.

It’s been a while since I last worked pitch-side… it always throws unexpected scenarios at you but that’s why it’s a challenge. Experience will only make you better in this type of environment

Hi all!

Just a little update on where I’ve been and what the plan is moving forward. As you all know COVID had a massive effect on the fitness industry from around March- August. As a result I decided it was best to stop trading for a bit and focus on other things.

All being well I will be relocating to Congleton by the end of this/start of next year and I will start offering appointments for sports therapy and sports massage, practicing from home. I will also be offering a limited amount of mobile appointments for those that can’t travel that far (15-20 minutes drive from Macclesfield).

I’m also in the process of starting an online training platform which may take a little more time but one that I’m super excited about.

Currently, I’m very busy with other work and am focusing on getting the move done before starting up again. Sorry to anyone who has enquired in the last few months, I do really appreciate your patience and hope to see you in the future.

I’m incredibly excited about this move and feel it will give me the platform to provide an awesome service! I wish everyone a successful end to the year and a better end to 2020 than the start!

Golf and Racket sports - get a strong mid-section

Now I’m no golf expert in any shape or form. *went once and missed the ball everytime kinda thing*. But what I do know is that in order to be robust and fit for golf, we need to develop a rock solid connection between the shoulders, spine and hips!

I always find my self getting lessons from Cornelius mid session on set up and swing phases (which for the record is awesome 😎). As a coach this is great because we can work on where I feel there’s weakness up and down the chain, but most importantly where the client is feeling the need to improve. Then we dial it in ✍🏻🔥
