Wellness Wednesday - 29th May.

As many of you know Andrea Tomlinson as I will be taking part in Hyrox again in October. This time we are raising money for McMillan Cancer Support.

Rather than just asking for sponsorship I thought it would be nice to give something back to you, too.

On certain Wednesdays , I will be offering any beauty / therapy related treatment in return for a donation to McMillan. 100% of the money you donate will go to the charity.

Why am I doing it..
- you get to feel and look amazing
- McMillan charity, benefits
- it makes Andrea & I train harder 😉
