Join me for this one of a kind workshop in which you will learn:
 
-To create your own skincare at home that’s natural, simple and supports your wellness
-Why natural & the power of natural ingredients
-How to create your own face scrub, face mask and face oil
 
What to expect:
 
Together you will individually make your own scrub, mask and face oil, tailored to your needs. You will be guided through using your creations and enjoy a relaxing meditation while your mask does its magic. Closing with an instructed face massage.
 
Pots and tubs provided for you to take your remaining creations home as well as simple instructions for future mixing!

Online orders are still open but any order placed after July 3rd will be process from July 16th onwards.

We are super excited to announce and welcome Rachel to our team at Dubholistic!

Rachel is joining us from July as a passionate qualified Beauty & Holistic Therapist with over 15 years experience.

Rachel is also a Advanced Clinical Practitioner in Acute Medicine and is a Senior Lecturer, so uses her clinical and holistic combined expertise to tailor your treatments to you .

Rachel has worked with people with mental health problems for the last 15 years and has a keen interest in supporting women with trauma,anxiety, depression , menopause, pain problems and PTSD.

Due to personal experiences Rachel’s approach to giving treatments is a trauma informed approach combined with: psychological modalities, neuroscience and clinical, evidence based practises that underpin her approach . In doing so, Rachel creates a nurturing, welcoming space that will hold you safely.

Rachel is only taking female clients moving forward,due to her life experience and vested interest in specialising in women’s health.

Why Natural?

Since the beginning of time, Mother Earth has had the ability to support everyone and everything to evolve to where we are today. We live in nature as nature, we’re not separate. We are intertwined in this supportive, beautiful network together,we know nature, our bodies, hearts and minds have evolved to work together to understand the language of Nature in order to thrive.

Don’t get me wrong, modern science is an incredible development for us,
and, in fact, has given us the ability to prove and understand the capabilities of what nature does for us and how we interlink and work together.

But often, some of these modern advancements are unfamiliar to our bodies and minds and we find it hard to process some of the preparations we come into contact with or ingest, sometimes leading to disease in our body.

When we use natural products. Our body knows this language, as does our mind, and we can step into this wonderful world of utilizing nature to treat and care for ourselves. And with this, not only do we gain benefit in the Physical, but in our emotional and subtle body also.
