The art and science of reflexology is an ancient practice dating back to 2330 BC and is still widely practised today in holistic and clinical settings to support health and wellbeing.

The power of this practise is not to be underestimated and continues to@mazes as a therapist to this day, being my favourite treatment to give and receive.

You can still visit us for treatments while I’m off, head to@our website to book in with Sabira, Rachel or Emma.

Online orders are still open but any order placed after July 3rd will be process from July 16th onwards.

You can make an appointment with me for my return in Sept!
