Our bodies desire a state of balance through all of our systems and layers of being, and is constantly working through our physiology to find homeostasis.
Out of balance we can experience dis-ease
Our body works as a whole, completely connected and integrated through all its parts and layers of our being.
The practises we choose aren’t a ‘one size fits all’ nor does it have ‘to fit in box’ what’s important it’s that we understand that there is a connection between our physical, emotional and energetic body and in order to feel balanced and in a state of ease and work with something that supports a positive connection through the layers and ultimately, something that’s feels good and helps us to feel balanced.
