11 Weeks Post-Photoshoot Update 📊
Current weight: 80.7kg
Photoshoot weight: 72kg
Total increase: +8.7kg
After reversing out of a sustained deficit, increasing calories, and pulling back on cardio, I’ve regained nearly 9kg. Despite the scale jump, body composition remains in a solid place — fullness is back, strength is up, and condition is still relatively lean.
The goal post-shoot was to avoid the typical rebound by gradually increasing intake and training volume. What you’re seeing is a combination of:
* Glycogen + intramuscular water replenishment
* Digestive content
* Lean tissue accrual
* Some inevitable fat gain
This phase is crucial for hormonal recovery, metabolic adaptation, and setting up the next growth phase properly.
Now the focus is on maintaining a productive surplus, having a health phase and continuing to train hard without rushing the process.
