I was in the car this morning with my two children and their friend and they were signing the k-pop demon hunters songs at the top of their voices.
You can tell that it makes them feel good and they were having a lovely time!

So today’s self-care idea - sing at the top of your voice whether that’s in the car, at home or anywhere else.

It sets those feel good hormones going and help you to feel happier! 🙂

Don’t stress about putting lots of new things into your routine.
Self-care can be things you are already doing, finding what is right for you and maybe just introducing one new thing - not lots of new things!

In the therapy room I might teach people a few different new things but I’m always mindful to let them know that it works best if they find the one that works for them and stick with that. 🛀

Self-care should be beneficial, not great more stress and overwhelm! 🌼
