Less overthinking.
Less analysing every emotion.
Less trying to “fix” yourself.

And instead:
More feeling.
More noticing what your body is telling you.
More allowing.
More breathing.

Self-regulation isn’t about control — it’s about connection.
When we slow down, we can hear what we actually need.
