December can feel heavy for so many of us 😌
The pace picks up, expectations rise, and for some people this time of year brings difficult memories, stress with little ones, or a real sense of loneliness. ✨
I’ve opened a small number of one-off / top-up therapy sessions throughout December for anyone who needs a space to breathe, reflect, or steady themselves before the holidays. ❄️💜
These sessions may help if:
• Christmas brings up painful reminders or past experiences 🎄💭
• you’re feeling overwhelmed juggling family or the emotional load of parenting 👶💞
• the season feels lonely or isolating, even when you’re “supposed” to feel festive 🌙
