Have you thought about joining a Pilates class, but unsure whether it's for you?!
You may be thinking.....
"I'm a complete beginner, can I still join?"
"I've not excersied for a long time, will the class be suitable for me?"
"I'm not very flexible"
"I don't have any core strength, so will I manage??"π€
The answer to all of the above is yes, yes and yes!
You WILL be fine, and you WILL feel a difference after the session π€
