You may have noticed there’s no video post this moon 🌙

I’m taking an intentional pause.

I’m still here - holding space for your messages, lovingly packing your orders, and supporting you with crystals and guidance. I’m just not channelling my energy into content here right now.

This summer, my heart is called to be fully present with my beautiful boys, soaking in these fleeting days together as they grow far too quickly.

Any extra energy or capacity I have is lovingly flowing into . It’s been such a gift to hold space for others on their natural wellness journeys, and I feel deeply grateful for the trust, connection, and transformation I’ve witnessed there.

I’m still honouring my own practices - carrying my crystals, working with the cards, and sitting in quiet communion with the Records. These threads are part of me, always 🌀

Right now, I’m creating space, not because I’m stopping, but because I’m listening. Space to see what unfolds when my capacity expands, and to let the universe show me the way.

I hope this reminds you it’s okay to make room for new possibilities, without fear of losing momentum 💫

Home from a fantastic weekend with a new special place 🌸🌿 Avebury, you are so beautiful.

It was a privilege to be invited to speak at the first and most fabulous “Wellness Made Simple” Event in Bristol for doTERRA. So empowering and uplifting to help people so hungry to make more self-empowered health choices 🙏🏼🙌🏼

Home via a day immersed in Avebury on Sunday, wow, what a presence this place holds 🪨 walking among wheat and barley fields and connecting with the stones.

Home from Glastonbury with my heart so so full🌸🌿

It’s difficult to convey what a deeply healing energy this place carries. Let’s just say, you can feel, on so many levels, why it’s revered as sacred, why it’s considered the heart chakra of the earth.

Leaving has left me feeling what I can only describe as so jet lagged today.

Thank you so much and for a such a beautiful retreat. From quantum reiki to connecting into sacred site wisdom, from essential oil healing to past life regressions. There was so much magic held and shared ✨

The amount of love, laughter and healing that went on this weekend I can’t even describe. thank you for holding me through it all, from middle of the night tarot to sunrise cups of tea. I love you beyond measure ♥️

It’s OFFICIAL 🖤💫✨

Wow this course has expanded my heart, mind and soul in ways that are difficult to put into words.

I embarked on this journey simply wanting to deepen my spiritual practice and relationship with my intuition having had whispers that there was something there to be worked with 🪄

I am delighted to say I’m qualifying with a distinction and 70 hours of practice as well as what is now 40 hours of official professional psychic and intuitive study.

I receive my messages through clairvoyance and, at times, claircognizance. While I’m still learning how to translate these often abstract, intricate impressions into clear words, I’m completely in awe of the readings I’ve had the privilege to offer – and the messages I’ve been able to share.

Thank you to the incredible for being the most generous, supportive and empathic mentor anyone could ever ask for. She is a gifted psychic, an exceptional teacher and simply a wonderful human.

Her truly captures the essence of the ancient mystery schools, and I couldn’t recommend studying with them enough if you’re called to this path.

Crystals for the Scorpio Full Moon ♏️🌕✨ | Monday 12/05/25 | 17:56 BST

No video this moon my loves, I am honouring the stillness and clarity to feel what’s rising.

Scorpio, symbolised by the scorpion, doesn’t strike without reason. This Full Moon channels that same focused intensity, spotlighting emotional truths and buried layers that are ready to be acknowledged. It’s a time for honest reflection, and you might initially feel like the sting in the tail 🦂
