Exciting news I have recently trained in Shockwave therapy in addition to sports massage is especially useful in the treatment of
conditions such as Frozen Shoulder, Achilles tendinitis, plantar fasciitis, tennis and golfers elbow.
Very often these conditions reach the chronic stage before persons get referrals for physio however shock wave therapy can treat such conditions in as little as three/four treatments. Giving you pain relief & repair at the same time

We have been very generously donated a year’s worth of sports massages by Stafford House Sports Massage Therapy Macclesfield. We have decided to give you all an opportunity to experience this fantastic treatment given by qualified therapist Elisa Connor. A must have treatment for all sports and fitness fans although you definitely don’t need to be a sports person to benefit from this.

We will be raffling a massage per month for the next 12 months. To enter;

• Choose a number between 1 and 15
• Donate £5 to the Trust (via our website)
• If you want to be in all 12 prize draws you can secure your number and pay £60 for a year’s worth of entries – a perfect gift for Christmas!

At the end of each month we will select a winner at random. The prize winners will be drawn on the last day of every month starting 31st January 2023.
