Tinnitus Awareness Week👂

Our ear specialist, Kate, has shared a useful insight into tinnitus and how her Ear Health microsuction practice can help!

Obstructive ear wax can cause temporary or aggravate tinnitus. It is crucial you only have ear wax removed by an expert. Poor technique can cause or exacerbate tinnitus. Stress also makes tinnitus worse!

If you find yourself with one-sided tinnitus, seek further help to investigate.

TOP TIP:
External noise distraction helps with tinnitus. Play some rain or waterfall music!
