About this session:
• It is suitable for those confident launching and paddling on the water.
• Pilates/Yoga experience is required
• You must provide your own head torch
• OPTIONAL: post paddle/Pilates hot drink and marshmallows around the fire
• £28 including all equipment (except head torch), or £30 if you’d like to join us for a hot drink and marshmallows afterwards

SUP PILATES WITH SARAH has come to a close for 2025. After a glorious sunny start to the season the last few sessions were sadly thwarted by drizzly, windy and unpredictable weather! But never fear, we’ll be back again next year!

Thank you so much to everyone who’s supported these sessions this year. It’s lovely to see lots of old regulars, and get to meet lot’s of new faces!
My favourite things about running these sessions is meeting everyone that comes and join us! Everyone is so friendly and supportive of one another and it really is you all that make these sessions as fun as they are, so a big THANK YOU!
Also a thanks to the team at Tittesworth Water Centre for all their help and assistance with getting these sessions up and running.
And before I say a proper goodbye for the year, we might just have one more special session coming up, so keep an eye here for for exciting updates 👀
