I am a state registered, chartered physiotherapist and a fully certified Pilates instructor, having done my training with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute. I offer Pilates services to patients in the Macclesfield area, teaching on a 1:1 basis and classes. I teach modified Pilates that is suitable for any age or level of fitness and am keen to put my experience and training to eff
