Today our lovely residents enjoyed a wonderful trip to Redesmere Lake 🦆💛

We were lucky to have such lovely weather as we headed out to enjoy the fresh air, beautiful views, and some very eager ducks waiting to be fed! There were plenty of smiles, laughter, and special moments shared by all.

It’s always so important to get out and connect with nature, and today was the perfect reminder of how much joy the simple things can bring. 🌿✨

🍀 Last night we celebrated St Patrick’s Day in style with our very own pub evening! 🍻

Residents enjoyed a wonderful night filled with tasty pub snacks, a tipple or two of Baileys and Guinness, and plenty of laughter along the way.

We also put everyone’s knowledge to the test with a fun Ireland-themed quiz! 🇮🇪

A fantastic evening full of great company, smiles, and Irish cheer. 💚

Today our residents enjoyed a wonderful trip to Brereton Heath for a gentle walk in the fresh air. The sunshine, peaceful surroundings, and friendly chats made it a truly special outing for everyone ☀️💚

After our stroll, we tucked into a lovely picnic together – plenty of smiles, laughter, and tasty treats all around! 🧺🥪

On the journey home, we made it even more fun with delicious milkshakes 🥤 and even spotted the iconic Jodrell Bank along the way – a fantastic sight that sparked lots of conversation! 🌌

Days like these are what it’s all about – making memories, enjoying nature, and spending quality time together 💛

This afternoon one of our wonderful apartment tenants paid a special visit to Upton Priory school to read a story to the Reception class. The children listened beautifully and were delighted to share such a lovely moment together.

It was a heart-warming experience for everyone involved, bringing smiles, laughter and a shared love of stories. Opportunities like this are a great way for different generations to connect and learn from one another.

A big thank you to the school for such a warm welcome — we look forward to many more visits like this! 💛

We’ve had a lovely couple of days celebrating all the wonderful mums in our home.

Yesterday, residents enjoyed getting creative making beautiful Mother’s Day poseys and decorating special cards, filling the room with flowers, colour and lots of smiles. 💐✂️

Today we continued the celebrations with a delicious Mother’s Day meal in our bistro, where everyone enjoyed great food and even better company.

A big thank you to our amazing residents and team for making the day so special. Wishing all mums, grandmas and mother figures a very happy Mother’s Day! 💖

Our support manager (Helen) and experience coordinator (Lexi) are holding a special fundraiser in memory of two much-loved residents who sadly passed away after living with Motor Neurone Disease (MND). Both individuals were valued members of our Belong community, and they are remembered for the warmth, friendship, and spirit they brought to everyone around them.

This event is an opportunity for residents, colleagues, families, and friends to come together to honour their lives, raise awareness of MND, and support causes that make a meaningful difference.

All funds raised will be shared equally: 50% will be donated to the MND Association to support research, care, and support for people living with Motor Neurone Disease, and the remaining 50% will go directly to Belong to help continue providing exceptional care and wellbeing support for our residents.

We would love for everyone to get involved—whether by attending, donating, or helping spread the word. Together we can celebrate two special lives while supporting others affected by MND.

Today our Walking Club enjoyed a wonderful stroll in the fresh spring air, and what a lovely morning it was! 🌞

We spotted beautiful budding flowers beginning to bloom 🌷, listened to the cheerful birdsong, and even found some busy little bees and ladybirds making the most of the sunshine 🐝🐞

What a fantastic afternoon we had enjoying the Six Nations match between England and Ireland! Our venue was transformed into a lively pub, complete with refreshments, snacks, and plenty of friendly rivalry. 🍺🏈

Residents had a wonderful time cheering on their teams, sharing laughs, and soaking up the match-day atmosphere together. Events like these are a great way to bring everyone together and create special memories. ❤️
