🌿 Forest Therapy Counselling Group Sessions
"Being in the forest and reflecting on everything around me gave a sense of calm and peace which has been missing... Just the act of being surrounded by nature, with a group of people who didn’t judge if I cried, made me feel safe and relaxed."
At East Cheshire Hospice, we offer Forest Therapy Counselling Group Sessions for adults grieving the loss of someone close who received care or support from the Hospice.
Led by BACP-accredited therapists, these small group sessions gently support individuals through their grief journey in the healing surroundings of nature.
🕒 Six sessions, 1.5 hours each (our next session will start in August)
🌲 Specialist bereavement support in a safe, natural setting
💬 “I would highly recommend these sessions for anyone who has lost someone close to them…”
