Great to see that the East Cheshire Hospice’s event “A Dead Good Day” went so well today. The theme was “Ducks in a Row” and there was information available on managing your affairs so that your wishes are carried out and your loved ones are able to help look after everything that is important to you. They made a great job of making a sensitive subject positive and accessible.

MANN Keith

On Thursday, 2nd October 2025 suddenly in Macclesfield Hospital following a long battle with cancer, Keith aged 79 years.

The dearly loved Husband of Rita and a much loved Father and Grandfather.

Keith will be missed greatly and most fondly remembered by all his loving Family and Friends.

The Funeral Service and Committal will take place at Macclesfield Crematorium on Tuesday, 21st October 2025 at 3.30 p.m.

The family request that black need not be worn.

Family flowers only, by request, but donations may be made, if so desired, in favour of Scope.

HEWARD Valerie

On Saturday 4th October 2025, peacefully in hospital, Valerie aged 81 years.

Beloved and loving Wife of the late Max, much loved Sister of four Brothers and five Sisters and a dearly loved Aunt.

Valerie will be missed greatly by all who knew her.

The Funeral Service and Committal will take place at 2.00 p.m. on Friday, 7th November at Macclesfield Crematorium.
