Following the Government’s recent announcement about the upcoming new licensing regime and educational standards set to be introduced in the coming months, I was honoured to be featured on ITV News📺 this past Thursday at 6:30 pm to share my thoughts on what this means for our industry.

This is something I’m massively passionate about❤️. For those who know me personally, you’ll know I’ve dedicated years to advocating for fair, effective regulation and ensuring every practitioner’s voice is heard — whether medic or non-medic.

In recent months, I’ve been working alongside Maxine from the Cosmetic Couture Group to launch a nationwide petition that calls for non-medic practitioners to be included in new regulations. It’s about inclusion, fairness, and recognising all skilled professionals in aesthetics, not just a select few.

I also serve as a trustee of the ACPB (Association of Cosmetic Practitioners Britain) — an organisation committed to supporting and representing practitioners across the UK, promoting clinical excellence, high training standards, and patient safety. The ACPB works to influence policy, provide education, and protect the future of the aesthetics profession — something I care about deeply.

I’ve been a practitioner in aesthetics since 2017, progressing from foundation training to advanced techniques, and today I’m proud to be one of the lead injectors at The Couture Group💉 — continuing to champion high standards in clinical practice for my clients and for the industry as a whole.
