There are some flippin’ good additions in the bakery aisle at Iceland and The Food Warehouse 🥞😉. These golden, fluffy wholemeal pancakes – available in two flavours: Maple Syrup and Blueberry.

The best bit? One pancake counts as a Food Optimising fibre choice! 🙌. Perfect for a speedy breakfast, snack or even a sweet treat.

Lunch today a tin of beans and a wholemeal roll. It’s shopping night tonight 🛒 which meant an empty fridge this morning and very limited lunch options.

But that doesn’t mean I have to go off plan, it may not be a fancy lunch but it’s swip free and fully on plan.

Food optimising isn’t about perfection it’s about making the best choices even on busy, real life days like this ❤️

What an absolutely AMAZING group this morning! 🤩

A whopping 56½ lbs lost between the group, loads of food learning, and the most fabulous member weight-loss awards to celebrate 🎉

We had two Half Stone awards achieved — one in their very first week and another in just two weeks 🙌

And then… an incredible 6½ Stone award for another superstar member 💫

They were over the moon (as they should be!) and were so happy for me to share their success to show just what is possible with Slimming World 💖
I am honestly so, so proud of these amazing members 🥹💞

I’d absolutely love to help even more people feel this pride — to find themselves again, grow in confidence, and stand up and say:
“I AM doing this.”
