After feeling her weight was holding her back, Kim joined Slimming World and lost 9st 10lbs (61.7kg)... while still enjoying her favourite foods, and a drink (or two) with friends 🥂! Cheers to that!

Research done by Slimming World says Kim isn’t alone – 85% of members were surprised they could lose weight while still eating foods they loved, including roast dinners, fish and chips, and spaghetti Bolognese 🍝.

🍽️ Sunday Dinner... the Slimming World way! 💚

Who says you can’t enjoy a hearty, comforting roast and still stay 100% on plan? 🙌

Today’s dinner was Food Optimising at its finest:
🥔 Roast potatoes cooked in low-calorie spray
🍗 Lean roasted chicken (skin removed)
🥦 Loads of speed veg
🟤 Syn-free gravy (yes, really!)
Yorkshire pud on the side — counted and enjoyed! 💯

It’s all about balance, making smart swaps, and still loving your food. That’s why I love Slimming World — no guilt, no restrictions, just real food and real results! 💪✨
