Time to introduce myself to you!

Hi I’m Elizabeth! 👏

🧠I’m a brain health coach and I help Women over 40 reduce their Alzheimer’s risk and improve their brain health.

I love seeing the life changing results my clients achieve, going from overwhelmed, confused and stressed to calm, in control and empowered on their journey to better brain health.

Knowing as well that they are reducing their Alzheimer’s risk 👍

I have been in healthcare for 26 years, so I understand the health challenges women face in today’s world.

My mission to help women improve their brain health comes from my family tragically losing my Dad to Alzheimer’s in 2020.

I didn’t want the same future for me, so I went on a voyage of discovery to find out how I could reduce my risk.

And as a result my signature programme, The 360Brain Method was born.

My clients get 360Brain health coaching and strategy to help in all aspects of their life, from stress reduction, controlling their sugar intake, building a strong body and enhancing the power of restorative sleep, and more, all factors which are proven to help brain health.

As a result they feel more in control, focused, sharp and genuinely enjoy life more!

Here are 5 things I don’t do-
1. Eat ultra-processed food regularly.

Because my brain deserves real food, not chemicals.

2. Use alcohol to cope with stress.

I don’t unwind with wine, I soothe my nervous system, not sedate it.

3. Brush off stress as ‘normal’.

Stress shrinks your memory centre, so I treat calm like medicine.

4. Eat sugar without thinking.

I don’t fear sugar, but I don’t let it hijack my brain either.

5. Preach one thing and do another.

I lead by example. And I do what I teach. Every choice I make, what I eat, how I sleep, how I handle stress is in integrity with what I teach.

Why would anyone believe they can avoid getting Alzheimer’s disease?

We have heard it for decades - your brain will degenerate as you get older.

You will become forgetful, misplace things, forget people’s names, maybe even start to leave the cooker on.

It’s all part of the aging process and it too bad, it’s just what happens.

What if I told you that’s totally wrong?

That there is no reason for your brain to stop working as well?

That you can think clearly, remember things, even improve your brain’s capacity as you get older?

Would you believe me?

Or would continue to believe the myth of degeneration?

Maybe things could have been different.

If I’d known 15 years ago what I know now about Alzheimer’s prevention…
Maybe my dad would still be here.

Maybe he’d have seen my kids grow up.
Watched them finish school.
Head off to university with that proud twinkle in his eye.
Maybe we’d be clinking mugs over a Father’s Day breakfast this morning, instead of me lighting a candle and remembering.

Grief is strange like that.
It softens with time, but it never really leaves.
And some days—like today—it tugs at your heart a little harder.

I miss him.
His calm, his kindness, his gentle advice.

But alongside the grief, there’s something else now: purpose.

Because while I couldn’t help my dad, I can help others.

That’s why I do this work—why I speak, write, coach, and teach women how to protect their brilliant brains before it’s too late.

So they don’t have to go through what I did.
So their children don’t have to lose them too soon.
So they can live long, healthy, independent lives with the people they love.

Today, I miss my dad.
But I’m honouring him by turning pain into action.
By doing what I can to help 1 million women avoid Alzheimer’s.
