Many clients don’t just arrive with physical symptoms; they arrive carrying stress, pressure, and emotions they haven’t been able to release.

Over time, this can show up in the body as tension and discomfort. And as many therapists will have experienced, when physical tension begins to release, emotional tension can surface unexpectedly.

This can create a moment in treatment where something deeper emerges, and it’s not always clear how best to respond.

We’re proud to share the impact we’ve made together 🌱

In April, we planted 10 trees here in the UK through Treeapp, supporting local reforestation where woodland coverage is still relatively low. These projects help restore native ecosystems, improve biodiversity, and contribute to long-term environmental recovery.

And in March, we planted 66 trees in Tanzania, where reforestation efforts go even further, helping to restore landscapes, support biodiversity, and create sustainable income for local communities through tree planting work. Across their global projects, Treeapp works closely with local partners to ensure trees are planted responsibly and benefit both people and the environment.

Every tree planted also plays a role in absorbing carbon, improving soil and water quality, and bringing communities together through meaningful environmental action.
