Come on down and join in the ‘Step into Christmas’ festivities tomorrow, peruse all the fab gifts available from our amazing traders at the Made in Macclesfield Market 10:45-4:15pm at the Town Hall 🎄🎅🏻🎁

Not only are the shops on our high streets open tomorrow, including all the wonderful Independents on Chestergate and dotted elsewhere, you also have the Made in Macclesfield makers market in the Town Hall from 10:45 - 4:15pm

As the event is free to attend and it's free to get your face painted, or do the crafts, or make a buttonhole, why not come and support all the traders in town, by spending a few pounds locally.

This recognition truly belongs to the talented makers and creators of Made in Macclesfield, the heart and soul of everything we do. Your creativity, passion, and dedication are what make our community so vibrant and special.

A huge thank you to my amazing business partner Adam Adam Francis Illustrator who’s kept the wheels turning and the vision alive while I’ve been juggling new-mum life, a house move, and some major life shifts.

I’ve been a little quiet but am so happy to be back in full swing and looking ahead to our next market this Saturday at Macclesfield Town Hall, where we’ll also be celebrating Macclesfield Town Councils 10-year anniversary! 🎉

Meet a maker…

Today is one half of the duo, Melissa from

“Hi I’m Melissa founder of Holistic Earth, a local ethical gift and homewares brand providing a range of handmade, feel-good, natural home fragrance and wellness products: Scented refillable candles, botanical wax melts, reed diffusers & aromatherapy bath salts.

All products are vegan and cruelty free, made for the conscious consumer with a focus on reducing environmental impact.

At Holistic Earth I am passionate about meeting the growing demand for environmentally friendly products within the retail, gift and homewares industry. From manufacturing my candles with responsibly sourced sustainable plant-based coconut and rapeseed wax, clean burning wooden wicks and the use of consciously sourced fragrances, thus contributing to the wellbeing of my customers and their living spaces.

I have now launched the ‘refillables’ candle range to offer my customers a sustainable luxury engraved candle with the opportunity to not only save money with endless refills, but to know they are helping curb the environmental impact that one-use candles have on the planet.

The empty vessel can also be repurposed with my plantable wildflower seeded dust covers to bring beautiful blooms to any home and garden or as a stylish tea light holder to add that relaxing ambiance to any room.

All my candle jars are engraved in-house and can be completely personalised for any occasion or celebration.
