Current goals: My current goals are to lose some stubborn fat and become toned and to improve my fitness!

Favourite S&P memory: My favourite memory is the recent combine. i enjoyed every moment of it and loved the atmosphere!! it was great to see how much ive improved since i first started. can’t wait for the next one!

How long have you been a member at S&P? - I’ve been a member at S&P since I was 6years old, so just over 5years!

Current goals: My current goal is to do pull ups without a band.

Hey Gang,

I might be new to the team but I’m old in the game! I’ve been coaching for almost half my life and along the way I’ve picked up plenty of tricks to help you get the most out of your training!

Favourite exercise : Deficit Deadlifts

Least favourite exercise : Running, in any shape or form.

If I’m not in the gym, I’m probably rolling around with blokes wearing spandex…. 🤼

How long have you been a member at S&P? - I think it’s been 3 years or thereabouts

Current goals - Current goals are purely based on increasing my strength and improving form

Favourite S&P memory - My favourite memory will always be my first combine, I hadn’t been at S&P more than 2 months so I was very nervous, the other members were so supportive when I just wanted to give up, it took me forever to do the push presses but with Karl and Matty screaming at me, I got it done, I felt a bit embarrassed but then Karl told everyone how proud he was and that grinding through when you are done is always more impressive than just flying through it.

Since then it’s just been about being consistent and watching my numbers go up and enjoying the people I train with.

How long have you been a member at S&P? - I will have been a member for 4 years in September!

Current goals: In 5 years time I am doing 8 Ultra Marathons in 8 days to raise money for Parkinsons UK! So right now I am building on my strength training and running to be able to achieve this! My next challenge is a Marathon in October.

Favourite S&P memory: My favourite S&P memory is my first Combine event. I was so nervous beforehand but the experience was exhilarating and I even won an Easter egg at the end! I still get butterflies when I think about doing a Combine event but it’s the most satisfying experience and a great measure of your gym achievements!
