Happy Wednesday.

For those new here, I’ve been a consultant for coming up to 10 years🥳

I started my own weight loss journey in February 2014. Over weight, wheelchair user extremely frustrated. Nothing worked. I knew people that had tried The 1:1Diet so picked up the phone.
My consultant arrived a few days later and I was off on Step 2.
2stone lost in 8 weeks then I
fractured my femur.
Still determined not to be miserable and over weight I carried on when the medical team advised I could.
Fast forward I got to goal in February 2015 losing 3stone.

10 whole years maintaining that loss (aside recent menopause gain😡).
