Deep tissue and Sports Massage Therapy is the manipulation of muscles and soft tissue of the body. It can help to realign deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue helping to alleviate the stress and tension which builds up during physical activity. If you suffer from the problems below you will benefit from a Sport and Remedial Massage. Chronic Muscular Tension - Tired Aching Muscles - Sport Injury. Soft Tissue Injury - Sprains and Strains - Posture deviation. A Sport Massage is also an essential part of any type of sports training programme whether you are training for a particular event, or if you are a regular gym user. With it being Breast Cancer awareness month, I thought it would be the perfect time to share that I am hoping to raise as much money for Breast Cancer Now, through running The Great North Run in 2025.

Breast cancer can affect anyone, of any age, with around 56,000 people in the UK receiving a diagnosis every year!
