Calmer Yoga I qualified as a yoga teacher in 2014. I teach from a small bespoke studio in Cheshire. I teach in a bespoke studio and class sizes are limited to 5 persons.

I have been practicing Hatha Yoga since 1998 and qualified as a yoga teacher in 2014, having trained with the Inner Yoga Trust and British Wheel of Yoga . I am passionate about the benefits which Yoga can bring to everyone regardless of gender, age or disposition. My classes are intended to teach clients how to achieve mental and physical balance , through postures and breath work , relaxation and meditation. I understand as a former full time mother and lawyer what stresses the workplace, family and relationships can impose upon our equilibrium. I am also available to teach smaller groups and 1:1
Whatever your preconceptions about yoga , these are likely to change with calmer yoga .
