What a day for creating a bunch of insect habitats 🦟🐝🐞🐜🪲…. Log pikes, sticks tied together in bundles, the start of a stumpery and a plan to mimic an ancient dead tree … a little niche ?? Well it’s a great way to selectively tidy whilst also creating super useful habitats. Citizen information sheets incoming eventually for those who want to create wildlife homes 🦎🐸🐝…. 🐦‍🔥

Just to clarify , we have never and will never declare independence from the land of Wales- rather we reject the Welsh government, the UK wide government and global governments… and why wouldn’t we? Why wouldn’t we all reject governments who don’t have citizens interests at heart? Diolch 🐦‍🔥✊🏻✌️( we have been very clear about this in interviews but it’s a better story to say we are leaving Wales or that I called myself a Duke). I think most of us are united in our exhaustion and disgust at governments ways. Cambrian News

Humble beginnings 🌱

This patch of land might look a little rough right now… but this is where our Peace Garden begins. Slowly, intentionally, and with purpose.

Peace gardens have always started this way , not as perfect spaces, but as acts of belief. Small, symbolic places created by people who chose to stand for something bigger than themselves. Across the world, they’ve been planted in times of uncertainty, conflict, and division , quiet reminders that peace isn’t something handed down… it’s something we build… slowly and it’s almost never easy … but build and plant and nurture we must…

It might seem small. It might even seem naïve, given everything happening on this planet right now.

But that’s exactly why it matters.

Because peace doesn’t start at a global level. It starts in places like this. With people deciding to create something different. Somewhere to reflect, to connect, to reset. A living space that says: we still believe in unity. We still believe in something better.

This is more than a garden. It’s a statement. A seed. A beginning.

And like everything real… it grows. 🌿
