Your role will include helping our clients with Meal Prep, Medication, personal care as well as being a listening ear and giving person specific care.

Helping to contribute to care plans and fulfilling the wishes and needs our clients.

Your job will include supporting our clients in their own home, To help with Daily tasks, meal prep, personal care and medication.

With our LD team your role will be to help with promoting independence and to offer respite to familes. This includes working in the community and our clients homes.

We have clients around east Lothian.
