I have been feeling pretty crappy of late. Lots of anxiety and low mood. I'm out the other side though and thought I'd share my gratitude jar that helps me see the sunshine through the clouds.

Everyday I try and write at least one thing down that I'm grateful for...sometimes it's just as simple as I enjoyed listening to a favourite piece of music.

My jar is also engraved with pictures and words of things I'm grateful for but it doesn't have to be that complicated.

A box, an empty coffee jar or a bag will do. Keep some paper and a pen handy.
