I often use acupuncture to help relieve migraines and to prevent migraine attacks. You can use acupressure at home.

❣️If you feel a migraine starting, try these acupressure points. Gently press on the point and gradually add a bit more pressure. Hold for about 30 seconds to a minute. Practice throughout the day as needed.

❣️Migraine is a common and disabling condition. It typically manifests as attacks of severe, one sided headaches and is often accompanied by an adversity to light or loud noises.
Migraines are most common in people in their 30's and 40's & women are 3 times more likely to experience migraines than men. Symptoms usually last between 4 to 48 hours if left untreated.

❗️In addition to migraines and headaches, acupuncture is used to manage a variety of musculoskeletal conditions such as knee pain, back pain and conditions such as fibromyalgia.
