About Us

Formerly Mid Ulster Storage Solutions Ltd, we joined the nationwide Box-it Group in 2008 and since then have operated as the Group's only representative in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

Our owner, Colin Thom, ran a successful haulage firm for 15 years prior to entering the storage industry. Using his experience of logistics management and business ownership, Colin has bestowed Box-it Ireland with a reputation for customer service and reliability throughout Ireland, and partner of choice for multiple GP surgeries and NHS Trusts.

Our key market sectors include insurance, medical, legal and financial, but we pride ourselves on working with organisations of all sizes - from small SMEs to large, multi-national corporations.

As part of our ongoing business development, we have introduced a bespoke scanning and web hosting service for a hospital whereby patient records are collected, indexed and scanned on a monthly basis. Records are available to view via a secure, cloud-based electronic document management system (Omnidox), greatly enhancing the flow of information for the Hospitals Medical Records Department.
