Acknowledgement for the late Mr Desmond McLean
Passed Away 5th October 2025
The Family of the late Desmond McLean, Knockloughrim wish to express their heartfelt thanks to everyone who sympathised and supported them during their recent sad bereavement.
Words cannot express how grateful we are to those who brought food, sent cards and messages, phoned and attended the wake and funeral.
A special thanks to the Rev Trevor Boyd for visiting Desmond in hospital and for conducting the funeral service and also thanks to the pianist and the grave digger. Thanks to Mrs Edith Blair and her staff for providing and serving refreshments after the funeral service.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the Doctors and Staff of the Robinson Memorial, Ballymoney and Antrim Area Hospital and also to the Staff at Milesian Manor who helped nurse and care for Desmond in his final weeks and days.
Finally, we would like to thank Helen and Staff at D. Watters Funeral Services for the professional, dignified and caring manner in which the funeral arrangements were carried out and the support shown to the Family at this difficult time.
As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our deepest thanks and appreciation.
