Acknowledgement for the late Mr Norman Glasgow

The Family of the late Norman Glasgow of 1 Berekeley Square, Tullyhogue, wish to express their sincere and heartfelt thanks to all those who offered support and kindness to our recent bereavement.

We are deeply grateful to everyone who sent cards and messages of sympathy, left kind comments online, called at the home, telephoned, brought food, attended the funeral or kindly donated in Norman’s memory to the Air Ambulance and Orritor Church.

We would like to extend our special thanks to the PSNI and the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service, including the Paramedics and Air Ambulance Team for their care and assistance on the morning of Norman’s passing.

Sincere thanks also to Rev Michael Currie for his support and for conducting the funeral service.

We are grateful to the Ladies of Orritor Church PW for providing the lovely tea, Brian Hewitt for the use of his yard for parking and to Helen, D Watters Funeral Services, Tobermore for her professional, compassionate and dignified manner in helping us through the funeral arrangements.

Acknowledgement for the late Mrs Annie Elizabeth (Pansy) McLean

The Family of the late Annie McLean, 37 Wood Road, Tobermore would like to thank everyone who sympathised with them in their loss of a dearly loved Mother, Mother-in-Law, Sister-in-law, Granny and Great-Granny.

Special thanks to all those who called at the home, sent cards and messages, telephoned, attended the wake and funeral and gave donations in Annie’s memory to Faith Mission and Church of Nazarene Desertmartin.

We are forever indebted to the team of carers from the Northern Trust and night carers from Homefirst who came alongside us as family and assisted us in caring for Mum at home especially over her later years.

Grateful thanks to the Doctors, District Nurses and Reception Staff of Draperstown Health Centre for all the help and care they provided.

A very special thank you for the care and pastoral support from Desertmartin Church of Nazarene since Mum became housebound.

Our grateful thanks to Mr Reuben Lyons and Pastor Ken White for conducting the funeral service and for those close to Mum who took part by reading the scriptures or praying.

A word of thanks to the men from the church family who helped sort church, seat the hall and oversee the car parking at funeral service.

We are grateful to Mr Alan Forster, family friend who played at the funeral service, to Mr Mark Davidson and Joshua McLean for sorting the sound for the service and overflow in the church hall, to the catering committee of Tobermore Church of Ireland for providing and serving the funeral tea.

The family of the late Norma Charles would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to all who have supported them throughout their recent bereavement.

We are deeply appreciative of the kindness shown by those who attended the wake and funeral, sent cards or messages, and contributed donations in lieu of flowers.
