💥Update💥

I will now be offering additional treatments as well as sports massage/ deep tissue massage.

Additional therapies will include:

📍Dry needling/ acupuncture
📍Dry cupping
📍kinesio taping

All of the above therapies can be implemented in order to speed up the recovery process for athletes and can also be used for relaxation.

Fighting out of newly formed gym DecGar, Brogan under the coaching of Dec and Gary Larkin took his record to 1-0 on his debut. 👊🏻
