If you spend almost any time on social media, you start to realise… there are these ‘perfect’ people out there, and you don’t look like that.

It’s exhausting and the message is constant, telling you to change something about yourself. Because being yourself isn’t enough

But we need to remember that these “standards” didn’t appear by accident.
They were created. And are very profitable.

Insecurity is a business model.
Convince women they’re not enough, and they’ll spend their lives trying to become enough.

And here’s the catch. Even when people change the outside, they still don’t feel enough. That is a fact.
Because feeling enough isn’t an external job. It’s internal!

I definitely don’t look like the internet’s preferred version of a woman.
I have thin lips. My teeth aren’t perfect.
I have lines around my eyes and mouth from smiling.
I have marks left from hormonal acne.
I don’t get filler or treatments.

And you know what, I’m 100% with that.
Because I’ve realised no external change will ever do the internal work for me.

Growing older is a privilege.
Living with expression is a privilege.
Being able to show up as yourself is a privilege.

You are more than what you look like.

Work on who you are.
Be kind.
Build something meaningful.
Follow your purpose.
That’s where ‘being enough’ lives.

❤️❤️❤️

I want you to try this experiment tonight and report back to me!
**I sped this video up a little - I would probably recommend doing the movements much slower and pair with some nasal breathing too!

Credit to for sharing this tip.
It sounds like a down-regulation technique - and I will definitely be delving into the neuroscience behind it all 🧠 👁️

Most people don’t realise this, but minerals don’t work in isolation.

They act as cofactors in almost every biological process in the body.
Energy production. Thyroid hormones. Gut function. Immune signalling. And so much more.

When minerals are low, the body adapts.
It slows processes down to conserve energy.

Irish Sea Moss, bladderwrack and spirulina are not “supplements” in the traditional sense.
They’re whole foods that naturally contain trace minerals in a form the body recognises.

This is why mineral support isn’t about megadosing.
It’s about consistency, bioavailability, and not blocking absorption with fillers or binders.

This is what real, foundational support looks like.

Iodine doesn’t work on its own. For your body to actually use it properly, it needs the right cofactors working alongside it. Otherwise it can feel stimulating, ineffective etc.
Those cofactors include things like Tyrosine, Selenium, Iron, Magnesium & a full spectrum of natural minerals.

This is why whole-food iodine is the best option.

Bladderwrack delivers iodine in its natural context, alongside supporting minerals that help your body recognise, absorb, and regulate it properly. This is enhanced when combined with the other ingredients we’ve included in this formula.

I hope that explains more about the WHY behind this formula.
Not isolated, or synthetic or overstimulating but supportive, balanced, and body-led.

Spirulina isn’t just a source of nutrients. It acts as a biological signal, interacting with pathways involved in cellular energy production, insulin sensitivity, inflammation, and nutrient uptake. That’s why it’s studied as a functional food, not a standard supplement.

It also provides complete, highly bioavailable protein, supplying all essential amino acids needed for enzymes, hormones, neurotransmitters, and cellular repair. Poor protein quality slows repair, even when calories are high.

Spirulina supports the gut environment that decides whether nutrients are absorbed or wasted, and research shows it can help improve gut integrity and mineral utilisation.

This is exactly why it sits alongside Irish sea moss and bladderwrack in our new capsule formulation, creating a mineral foundation that works with the body, not against it.

Early access opens tomorrow (Thursday 29th) at 8:00am for 48 hours.

Let’s have a deep dive into ATP (energy production) and those bottlenecks that can halter the process, causing symptoms you may be dealing with.

Any questions?

28/01/2026

Here’s a breakdown on energy, what is really is and what the production of ATP requires. 👏

Let’s talk about spirulina (one of the ingredients in our new product)

It’s classified as a functional food because of its nutrient density and how those nutrients work together in the body.

Gram for gram, spirulina contains:
– complete protein with all essential amino acids
– bioavailable iron, magnesium, iodine cofactors & trace minerals
– chlorophyll & phycocyanin (powerful antioxidant compounds)
– B-vitamins involved in cellular repair and metabolic pathways

But what makes spirulina special isn’t just what’s in it, it’s how efficiently the body can use it.

Its nutrients are delivered without fibre-heavy plant walls, meaning absorption is high and digestive stress is low. That matters for many of us now where mineral depletion, poor digestion and chronic stress are the norm.

This is why spirulina has been studied for:
• immune modulation
• inflammation balance
• blood sugar regulation
• gut–nutrient absorption
• metabolic support
• and long-term resilience rather than short-term stimulation

We included it because it helps the body rebuild what modern life depletes.

Paired with Irish sea moss and bladderwrack, it forms part of a mineral-focused foundation.

Early access to the capsules is now open via the link in bio. Or send a message and i can get you sorted!

Any questions on this amazing food source??
