There are two available spaces in a Tuesday morning beginners class which I am teaching for 5 weeks starting this Tuesday 930-10.30am (18th April 2023) all consecutive (except no class on 9th May ). Class located 16a broad street In my new studio above Bob and Bert’s.

Would you like to try Pilates….. there are some spaces in a beginners class starting on a Tuesday evening…. Taught by Teresa Hastings who has over 20 years of teaching experience. It will be starting Tuesday 27 th September. It’s an hour long class aimed at giving you the fundamentals to the Pilates Method but more importantly teaching good postural habits; joint flexibility ;and spinal strength and stability to help resolve back pain ;boost athletic ability and promote amazing balance.
