Ever wanted to journal but didn’t know where to start?
This guided session will introduce you to different journaling styles so you can discover what works best for you and build skills in self-awareness and reflection.
Each session is gently facilitated by Wellness & Guidance – Personal Development Coaching and Holistic Energies – Angelic Reiki Practitioner, creating a supportive and welcoming space for growth. 🌿
