Let me reintroduce myself…

My name is Phena, better known as Yoga With Phena.

I have been running classes in Magherafelt out of Evolve Wellness Studio for over a year now so I thought it was time for a reintroduction…

🌹 I am a fully qualified yoga teacher with 20 years of experience
🌹 My philosophy is that yoga should be accessible to all.
🌹 I run classes on a Tuesday and Thursday that are tailored to YOU and that cater to all levels.
🌹 No matter if you are just starting out or you have been practising yoga for years, your mat is welcome on my floor.
🌹These aren’t just classes they are a community.

A single class is £10 but to get the full experience we recommend at least four classes to get a feel for what we have to offer.
