This will be an evening of Contemplation, Meditation and very
Gentle Yin Yoga poses. Listening to Guided Meditations, Poetry and
Relaxing Vibrational Sounds all in the welcoming environs of
Nirvana Holistic Therapy & Yoga Studio

Reiki Techniques Refresher Day

Nirvana Holistic Therapy & Yoga is delighted to host this Reiki Refresher Day, during which we can revisit Reiki Level 1 and 2 Manuals, Practice Techniques and Share what we have learnt over the years.

Schedule
10am - Meet and Greet
10.30am - Guided Meditation
11am – 1pm - Review & Practice of Level 1 Manual
1pm – 2pm - Lunch
2pm – 3pm - Review & Practice of Level 2 Manual
3pm - 4.30pm - Q&A and sharing of our experiences over the years
4.30pm – 5pm - Closing Meditation

This a wonderful opportunity to get together in love and light. To reground in what is a turbulent world of division.
We are lightworkers and seek balance.

Vegetarian lunch and refreshments will be provided.

However, you are welcome to bring your own lunch if you prefer.

A sincere thank you to everyone who attended our Gentle Yoga & Soundbath Experience. Participants were able to truly Release, Relax and Let Go through the practice of Yoga and the amazingly evocative sounds and vibrations of the Soundbath provided by Susan McElhennon. I think I can speak for everyone when I say, those sounds touched everyone deeply. A huge thanks to Susan and I look forward to the next one in a few months. 🙏

Our Story

Nirvana Holistic Therapy offers a range of treatments including Reflexology, Reiki, Seichem, Auricular Acupuncture, Indian Head Massage, Full Body Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Hopi Ear Candling and Integrated Energy Therapy. Treatments are £35 per hour and can include a blend of treatments appropriate for the individual. Please feel free to look at my website to see feedback from clients. Also, I offer certified training in Reiki (Level 1 to Master Level), Seichem (Level 1 to Master) and Integrated Energy Therapy (Basic, Intermediate and Advanced).
