I am delighted to announce that our Day Retreat on September 14th is now FULL. However it will be the first of many events at Nirvana, including Yoga and Sound Bath (October 12th 2025, more details to follow), Reiki, Seichem and IET Certified Training and much more!
And of course we can't finish without mentioning the weekly Yoga classes and Therapeutic Treatments we offer here at Nirvana Holistic Therapy & Yoga

Classes will run on a reduced schedule over the summer months as we get established and given that many people are back and forth on holiday.
All classes will comprise of a maximum 6 students apart from Sun Salutation classes which accommodate 8 students
Wednesdays Mixed Ability at 7pm 8.15pm
Thursdays 7am - 12 rounds of Sun Salutation for the early risers! (40 mins)
Thursdays 10am - 11.15 am- Beginners
Thursdays 7pm - 8.15pm - Beginners
Come September, we will run more classes.

Our Story

Nirvana Holistic Therapy offers a range of treatments including Reflexology, Reiki, Seichem, Auricular Acupuncture, Indian Head Massage, Full Body Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Hopi Ear Candling and Integrated Energy Therapy. Treatments are £35 per hour and can include a blend of treatments appropriate for the individual. Please feel free to look at my website to see feedback from clients. Also, I offer certified training in Reiki (Level 1 to Master Level), Seichem (Level 1 to Master) and Integrated Energy Therapy (Basic, Intermediate and Advanced). For more information on course requirements and prices please go onto my website. Course dates are finalised when a group has formed through individuals expressing an interest. Namaste all.
