I did two Hopi ear Candle treatments yesterday.
✈️ One was a pre holiday treatment to regulate the ears before flying. During an airplane flight, changes in air pressure (especially during takeoff and landing) can affect your ears.
👂🏼 The other treatment was on my daughter as she’d been complaining of ear ache, lovely that she can ask me for treatments.
🤍Such a gentle and relaxing treatment, and suitable for all ages.

I attended a Skin Cancer Awareness course today run by Aneurin Bevan University Health Board of Spotting the Signs of Skin Cancer Course. ✨ 𝐇𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐲 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 𝐒𝐥𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐃𝐚𝐲!✨

Yesterday I treated myself to the most peaceful and relaxing spa day, and it reminded me just how important rest really is. 💤

I spent the day unwinding at Aqua Sana Spa at Centre Parcs and it was absolutely fabulous. From calming rooms to cosy little corners perfect for switching off (and even sneaking in a little nap!), it was the perfect reset. 🌿 So today, in honour of World Sleep Day… make time to rest, recharge and be kind to yourself.
