Happy New Year swimmers and sporty people!!

It’s my Channel year (again!) - really hoping for kind weather at the end of June🤞

I will be at Bray Lake Watersports Centre for swim or sports medicals on:

24th Jan - with Nigel and Nat from Check Your Beat Sports ECGs

22nd Feb - couple of early morning slots available for medicals only

Will have more dates in March …..

CSA/CSPF - solo, relays
Ice/cold water events
Endurance events
ECGs with or without a medical (full cardiology approved report)

I will be doing a pre Christmas Medical Session at Bray Lake Watersports Centre, Berks on Saturday 20th December.

If you need an ECG (with or without a medical) Nigel and Nat from Check Your Beat Sports ECG's will also be there.

Medicals available for any events - CSA (channel solos and relays), ice swims/miles, endurance events, fitness to participate….

ECG’s are professionally reported which you can then take to any event.

After a Summer building up
to the English Channel that didn’t happen 😥, I’m getting some dates in the diary for sports/swimming Medicals! I’m now just starting to enjoy the Winter season with the falling temps🥶

First date is 1st November.

At Bray Lake, Maidenhead SL6 2EB, with Nigel and Nat from Check Your Beat Sports ECG's 💓 🩺

As we are know the weather has not been kind in terms of Channel swimming over recent weeks💨💨💨
I’m 1 week past my window now, but I’m hanging in there to see if I can get out before the season properly ends and the weather and temp make it a no go🤞🤞🤞
Worst case scenario I have got a provisional slot for next year, but no surprises I’d rather be going now! Please!!!
I know there are many in my situation - keeping my fingers crossed for this year, next year or beyond☺️

Ps. I’ll be back very soon doing Medicals once I’ve got this life event sorted, one way or another😄

Lovely week with the family in Lake Garda 🏔️The sun was shining, but the water was still chilly!! Pool was unheated so had it all to myself😁Great for getting some open water miles in….🏊‍♂️🏊🏊🏾‍♀️😁😁.
Thankful to my family- Jo, Ben and Abi providing kayak support♥️

Bray Lake Watersports are conveniently located between Windsor and Maidenhead, Berkshire, UK and are accessible from the M4, M25 and M40. The Centre Lake covers nearly 50 acres is close to the River Thames.
