Lovely week with the family in Lake Garda 🏔️The sun was shining, but the water was still chilly!! Pool was unheated so had it all to myself😁Great for getting some open water miles in….🏊‍♂️🏊🏊🏾‍♀️😁😁.
Thankful to my family- Jo, Ben and Abi providing kayak support♥️

Bray Lake Watersports are conveniently located between Windsor and Maidenhead, Berkshire, UK and are accessible from the M4, M25 and M40. The Centre Lake covers nearly 50 acres is close to the River Thames.

Just back from a lovely week with the family in Lanzarote doing a bit of swim training and supporting Nigel from complete his 11th Iron Man 🏅 and Phil his 3rd 🏅.
Both amazing guys 🤩 .

An amazing sporting achievement plus Lanzarote is super tough - Volcanic hills and wind - a real test of physical and mental endurance.

I think I’ll stick to swimming😆
