✨ REIKI ✨
I don’t talk about Reiki enough, mostly because I don't want to sound too “woo-woo” however the sense of peace, and calm after a session doesn't need any explanation.
Reiki is a non-invasive treatment, helping the body settle into a deeper state of rest. During a session, you remain fully clothed while I use light touch and crystals to create a quiet space for your body to soften and switch off. Some people feel warmth or heaviness, others simply notice a sense of calm, there’s nothing you need to believe in or do “right”.
Reiki can help you feel supported if you:
• feel constantly switched on or mentally busy
• struggle to fully relax during treatments
• are navigating stressful situation, or emotional fatigue
• want a gentler alternative to hands-on massage
My approach is grounded, nurturing, and client-led — no pressure, no expectations, just space to rest.
