My Pilates groups helped me to start my birthday celebrations early with a coffee, cake & chat after our Pilates class. Always nice to share celebrations and David baked a cake just for my birthday. Happy Cake Day 🎂

This happened ...
750 tough HIIT, circuit, strength & endurance sessions - all structured and never the same. Love the workouts and going 5x a week over the last 3 years... let's work towards 1000 training sessions. 💪🏋‍♀️

Always good to challenge yourself or trying something new. Haven't done a Reformer Pilates class in a while and def found it challenging. Really enjoyed ZeroGravity - a change to the usual daily gym sessions, runs & Pilates.
