10 groups of 4-8 men will go on a 4 Hour scenic trek, to raise awareness about men’s mental health.

The trek will end with the groups reuniting with their families at a campsite and chilling to drinks & live music session.

🌦️ Weather Update:
Cassiobury Park is relatively flat. Although It may be a bit windy and muddy underfoot, so prepare accordingly!

👟 What to Bring:
- Good walking trainers/boots
- Waterproof jacket (and trousers if preferred)
- A bottle of water and a light snack
- Optional: change of clothes/shoes for comfort during talks after

🚗 Parking Info:
Free parking is available at St. Luke's Church (Langley Way, Watford, WD17 3EG) but spots are limited. Alternatively, you can park at Cassiobury Park Car Park on Gade Avenue for a small fee (and you can pay via Coins, Card or RingGo App)
