MENUMENTAL 2025 Successfully Concludes, Paving the Way for a New Era of Men's Mental Health Conversations
London, February 15, 2025 – MENUMENTAL 2025, a groundbreaking initiative dedicated to breaking the stigma around men’s mental health through music, theater, and open conversations, successfully concluded yesterday with a powerful final performance. The project, undertaken as part of Landmark Worldwide’s Self-Expression and Leadership Program, brought together men from diverse backgrounds to share their stories, redefine vulnerability as strength, and foster deeper connections across communities.
The journey culminated in an emotionally charged theatrical production, created from real-life experiences shared by the participants. Through storytelling, music, and powerful performances—including the involvement of female actors to encourage cross-gender empathy—MENUMENTAL provided a transformative space for men to express openly and authentically. The initiative also gained support from mental health charities and community organizations, amplifying its reach and impact.
“This was more than just a performance—it was a movement,” said Ivo, the project’s leader. “MENUMENTAL 2025 has shown that when men are given the space to share, it not only changes their lives but also transforms how society understands and supports emotional well-being.”
This project was developed as part of Landmark Worldwide’s Self-Expression and Leadership Program, a dynamic initiative that empowers individuals to create impactful projects that contribute to their communities. Landmark Worldwide is a global personal and professional development company committed to transforming lives through leadership, self-expression, and breakthrough thinking.
With MENUMENTAL 2025 setting a new precedent, conversations are already underway to expand the initiative into a long-term movement, ensuring that more men have the opportunity to express, connect, and heal.
