My first Laughter Yoga Class will take place on Saturday, 6th September in my garden.😀
If the weather is bad we have a gazebo.

There are six places and this first class is free in return for me being able to film and photograph paticipants for my accreditation and for advertising.

After a long pause we will now restart some of our spiritual work commencing with a sound healing session from Alexis Crawley on either 10th, 11th or 12th February in either or both Maidenhead /and or London.𒀱

Alexis was one of the first Masters attuned by me in Japan in 2017 and has gone on to develop a successful international practice as a sound healer to orchestrate a love frequency field, empowered by Reiki energy and multi dimensional connection. ☯︎
