Just About You

I originally started out in the fitness world as a Fitness Instructor nearly 25 years ago, and after a few strange but wonderful career turns found myself wanting to leave the corporate world and return to my first love...the fascination of the human body and how to keep it fit and healthy. I needed to have a flexible working pattern so I could spend time with my family yet still have a career. I originally trained in Therapeutic massage, quickly building up my treatments to cover a varied and interesting range of therapies. ​

I am very lucky as my choice of therapies has meant I can work both in the private and corporate sectors. I work from home in a beautiful, calm and serene room, here I have some loyal and amazing clients, some going back to when I began (and I have off street parking! I have found this to be very important to clients and adds to the whole relaxation of the visit!). I am committed to continuous professional development and am always looking to enhance the range and quality of treatments I offer.
