The purpose-built home has its own hair salon, café and a vintage-themed lounge, plus other shared lounges and activity spaces. Residents are free to make the most of these facilities whenever they wish, so that they can enjoy independence, variety and a great lifestyle. The positive, caring team cherishes and supports each resident like a member of their own family. Each member of the team is supported to fulfil their potential and to spend quality time with residents. Today we celebrated National Puzzle Day

The Big Garden Bird Watch

Today the garden became our front-row seat to nature’s own little show.
Curious eyes, gentle conversations, birdsong in the air, and moments of quiet joy shared together. A simple afternoon, made special by the beauty around us and the smiles it brought.

Knit & Natter at its finest

There’s nothing quite like the joy of coming together to knit, crochet, and share a good chat. Our Knit & Natter sessions are all about laughing, and enjoying meaningful conversations while keeping our hands busy and our hearts happy. Whether it’s swapping stories, learning from one another, or simply enjoying each other’s company, these moments of togetherness truly make the day brighter.

Blue Monday was made brighter

Lovely chats, shared smiles, and residents fully involved in the activity, enjoying every moment together. The day ended on a happy note with beautiful happy cards made by the 1st Pinckney’s Green Brownies.

World Religion Day

On World Religion Day residents enjoyed tasting different types of food from various cultures. We also learned about different religions and the meaning of religion by watching an informative video together.

The celebration finished with a fun World Religion Day quiz, which everyone really enjoyed. It was a lovely opportunity to learn, share, and celebrate diversity together.

Singing, Dancing & Making Memories Together.

What a wonderful time! Hannah brought live singing to the residents, filling the room with familiar songs, dancing, and smiles. It was so lovely to see residents and their families singing along, dancing together, and truly enjoying the moment.
