π¨ Role: Ambulance Base Manager π¨

Job description:
To maintain all aspects of the ambulance station to the highest degree β this involves managing stock control of ambulance consumables, medications etc.. Oversight and management of our Make Ready Team, assisting in recruitment and induction processes β having oversight of all staffβs training records to ensure everyone is up to date β this includes their driving licence / DBS Certificates etc. This role also will have the responsibility to ensure staff rota is being fulfilled and the general day to day runningβs and maintenance of an ambulance station are kept up to date
Key Qualities and Requirements:
- FREC 4 Qualification or above - Desirable
- Statutory & Mandatory Training (these will be provided to you)
- Previous Experience of Managerβs Role within Ambulance Industry
- Full UK driving license with no more than three penalty points
- Willing to complete PMVA and mental health care training as required
- Maintain capability to perform duties required.
- Able to make decisions and effectively resolve problems in challenging situations.
- Be prepared for variable working hours, including unsocial hours.
- Professional and able to positively represent LSA Secure Medical Servicesβ to patients, customers, stakeholders and the public.
- Assisting with our Events Team.
