This brings back so many memories!!! I started teaching Bisham Abbey 15/20 yrs ago as we successfully brought yoga to more of the community & created a yoga timetable.

🌝 Happy Full Moon Goddesses!

Kali & Buddha are polarities of energy within our spiritual schooling. One works towards the light (yang), whilst the other dances in darkness (yin).

One unites us with the brightest sun & the other with the darkest moon.

Both aspects exist within the Universe as well as being intrinsic aspects that give birth to human evolution.

The yogi learns to embrace the dance even in the wildest storms, conquering her fears, staring into her demons & sitting in the fire 🔥 whilst it burns, burns, burns…

Yet magically & graciously remaining as the whole; embracing the duality that plays out & sitting in the strength of knowing she is the awareness behind the thought, emotion & tides.

During a full moon we harness the power of the feminine to dance up through the left side of the human energy field (Ida Nadi) & awaken the right side - her masculine (Pingala Nadi).

Meeting in divine union as they dance in a rapturous spiritual ecstasy up the base, through the central spinal column (Sushumna Nadi) & exploding kundalini through the crown (7th Energy Centre).

The canvass being the power of silence, stillness & surrender…

A yogi sits in sacred stillness each full moon, listening to the goddess through her bare feet on the Earth & voice of her ancestors through paying attention to each cell of her sacred body.

Let yourself be divinely guided during those times you feel the nudge to feed the calm within.

This is the goddess calling you home.

This sacred moment within perfect timing gives birth to the wild spontaneity of life that wishes to birth creativity from soul union not ego union.

Recognise both polarities compliment & complete one another yet the ego is called to surrender more & more to here the true voice.

This is the depth of MedYoga (Medicine-Yoga)…

💥 It’s all about the Green, Pink & Filters…
Okay, so it’s tough right now on the physical body…
And yes we had no idea what to expect when we agreed to be experiments for this human upgrade & high speed evolution of the future human.
So a few tips on those days you are on 🔥 fire, exhausted, burnt out, etc…

1). Get some Green & Pink around you as the goddess energy thrives on the vibrational colours of the 4th Chakra/ Anahata/ Heart. Colour is a frequency with its own sound.

2). Get your bare feet on the soil/ Earth & remember your feet 👣have walked here before & carry the blueprint of the same paths walked by your ancestors. Connect to your lineage because they absolutely adore, adore & adore the hot mess you are.
