Hi everyone,

Wishing you a very Happy New Year 2026 ✨

May it bring you good health, peace, love, and plenty of joy.

I hope you’ve had the chance to rest and recharge over the festive season and New Year, even if only a little.

We were fortunate to take a proper break in the Dolomites in Italy 🇮🇹 soaking up the snowy landscapes, fresh mountain air, and a bit of skiing ⛷️ surrounded by those beautiful peaks 🏔️

Some of you know I enjoy a Mint Velvet piece now and again, and I’ve decided that the pistes and slopes of Corvara are very much the Mint Velvet of these mountains: stylish, elegant, and an absolute pleasure 😄

It’s been a really nourishing break, and I truly hope you’ve had moments of enjoyment and restoration too.

I’m back to work on Monday, feeling refreshed and ready for 2026.

There are some lovely things in the planning stages, which I’ll be sharing with you soon…

🙌 On my way to Day 3 of the Nordic Laboratories London Conference 🙌

What an exceptional few days it’s been already. Today we’re diving even deeper into real case studies using the DUTCH hormone test and GI-MAP gut test, alongside the fascinating insights that come from pairing them with DNA 🧬 Hormone and DNA 🧬 Gut testing.

The level of precision this brings is extraordinary. Understanding how DNA influences hormone pathways and gut resilience opens the door to much clearer answers and more personalised recommendations for long-term wellbeing.

Yesterday’s introduction to the OMX Organic Acids test was another eye-opener, and I’m really looking forward to exploring today’s case studies with the experts. Every session has reinforced how powerful functional testing can be when you’re ready to get to the root of what’s going on in your body.

If you feel it’s time to dig deeper into your health, gain clarity, and get targeted guidance for prevention or an ongoing concern, I’d love to support you. Last day of this year’s Autumn 🍂 6-Day Reset

I intended to post each day to give you an insight to the programme, but time didn’t allow. Priority had to be with the group of fabulous ladies taking time out in their lives to focus on themselves.

We kicked off over a week ago on Thursday. In this 90 minute call the scene was set and the plan for the week was discussed.

🥘6 fabulous wholesome meals - created to balance blood sugars, boost the immune system, support hormones and feed the gut. Based on my mono food plan concept.

💊a mineral to support hydration and to open elimination pathways and an abundant amino acid that acts as a building block for proteins, playing a crucial role in immune function, digestive health, and muscle repair.

✨ Natural nutrition techniques, such as; castor oil packs, home gentle enemas and Epsom salt baths - the scaffolding of the programme supporting the liver, gallbladder, small and large intestines and overall detoxification through the skin.

We had lots to do…

Just amazing as we nurtured the body and rested the systems and organs that work so hard for us. Bringing change, energy, peace and tranquility to ourself.

All guided through daily support and encouragement, education and more.

There were challenges yes 🫨but there were many successes too 🙌

Recognition that the body speaks to us and shows us the way to go, which at times means we have a different path to walk to reach our goals 💕

🌅 I’m very excited this morning!

This evening marks the kick-off ⚽️ call for this year’s Autumn 🍂 6-Day Reset and I can’t wait to welcome the group in.

During this session, we’ll go through the structure of the Reset, explore the plan for the week, and introduce everyone to the nourishing recipes and mono diet concept. It’s also where we set the scene for six days of education, empowerment, and plenty of simple tips to make the experience fun, engaging, and deeply restorative.

🍂The Autumn Reset is more than just a cleanse, it’s a moment to pause, reflect, and realign with your goals. To clear space for what’s next. To reset your body and your mind.

That’s why I’m so excited… because I know this group will set their intentions and bring them to life, and yes, I have my own goals too, and I can’t wait to see them unfold ✨

This Reset is now full, but if you’re curious about joining in the future, the Winter ❄️ 6-Day Reset begins Monday, February 9th, 2026, perfectly adapted to the needs of the colder months.
