A creative Vinyasa Flow of fluid movements to boost your health, vitality and increase your mobility too. Modifications and alternatives will be given to make this class accessible for all levels.

There will also be a wonderful long stretch section towards the end of the workshop to make sure that you leave the studio feeling refreshed, stronger and ready for any challenges the new season may bring.
