Is your pelvic floor tight or weak ? Or is it both?

We may need to lengthen it before we strengthen it.

We may need to work on the strength of the muscle whilst doing functional exercises like squats and lunges.

We may need to work on the speed of your contraction to stop those 'little oops' moments.
